Shingle Roofs
A properly installed and maintained asphalt shingle roof should last between 15 and 20 years. Keep an eye out for problems and catch them early to prevent more work and expense down the road. We remove the old roof, remove all junk and debris, check the supports for rot and other issues, lay down plywood and the leak barrier, and do all else neccessary to get you the longest lasting roof.

Tile Roofs
Tile roofing has grown increasingly popular because of its fireproofing qualities but it often requires additional structurial support. Both clay and concrete tiles are available in a variety of colors and styles, but concrete is the more durable. We install the supports, felt, canting, flashings and all else to give you an attractive long lasting roof. |

Gutters
All gutters must slope at least 1/4 inch for every ten linear feet to provide proper drainage, edges must be sealed, but most importantantly, they must be beautiful. |

Basements
Changes in temperature cause expansion and contraction in your masonry structures. This continuous motion allows many points of entry for water to follow in through. The source of leakage in many basements occurs at the seam where the masonry wall meets the concrete floor. |

Water Seal
Brick and concret are porous; water will soak through any brick and seep into whatever structure lies underneath. As the water evaporates, it leaves the salt behind, which forms a white, fluffy deposit.
The best technology available involves special chemicals called silanes and siloxanes. These are closely related to good old silicone. |
